Terms of Service

AI Trend Videos is operated by Leo Liu, an individual based in China. These terms govern your use of the service at aitrendvideos.com. Contact us at lanmeiop@163.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
AI models & API source
Google Nano Banana 2 builds the appearance reference sheet from the selected image. API integration via fal.ai: fal-ai/nano-banana-2/edit.
Alibaba Wan 3.0 Reference-to-Video creates the performance frames from image, motion and sound references. API integration via fal.ai: alibaba/wan-3.0/reference-to-video.
The delivery workflow uses fal.ai FFmpeg tools to join sections and restore the reference soundtrack. AI output can change character details, surrounding people and timing. This release supports preparation only; public rendering and checkout remain disabled.
AI content policy — prohibited categories
Our Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. All six categories below are prohibited:
- Pornography / NSFW: Pornography, sexually explicit acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content and other NSFW sexual material are prohibited, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, threats, and content promoting or instructing violence, terrorism, extremist activity or weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
- Hate speech: Content attacking, dehumanizing, discriminating against or inciting hatred or violence toward people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic is prohibited.
- Child safety / CSAM: Any sexual depiction, exploitation, grooming, sexualization or abuse of minors, including fictional or AI-generated child sexual abuse material, is prohibited. Do not upload images of minors; this service is for adults aged 18 or older.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: Unauthorized impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fraudulent endorsements, identity fraud, and misleading portrayals of a real person are prohibited. Every depicted real person must be an adult and consent to the use. Do not present an AI video as a real recorded performance.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: Do not upload, generate or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other rights. You must have the necessary rights to all photos, footage, music, logos and references. Do not imply a brand, artist or rights holder endorses your output.
Report unsafe content or infringement to lanmeiop@163.com with the URL or task ID, reason and evidence. Reporting instructions, response deadlines, review safeguards and enforcement and appeals are set out in the AUP. Critical reports receive an initial response within 2 hours and an action or decision within 24 hours. Confirmed violations may lead to rejected generation, content removal, warnings, temporary suspension or permanent service-access restrictions; unused paid credits are not automatically confiscated merely because a report was received.
1. Service and accounts
AI Trend Videos creates short AI-generated freestyle imitation videos with matching reference audio from one portrait you provide. It is a digital service delivered online. Some features may require an account; where guest access is offered, access to a result may depend on a browser cookie. Keep your account and device secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Inputs, consent, and acceptable use
You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload. Before starting a generation, you must confirm that each identifiable person shown is an adult and has agreed to the photo being processed to create an AI video. This confirmation is your statement to us; provider safety screening does not verify identity, age, consent or ownership. You give us and our processing providers a limited license to use your inputs solely to provide the requested service. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, deceive viewers about a real person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create illegal or abusive content, or bypass service safeguards. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or comply with law.
3. Reference material, AI output, and providers
The Bulin 47 template is prepared from a selected street-freestyle reference, with matching source audio planned for the output. Generation is currently paused. We do not claim ownership of the reference performance, and use of this service does not grant you rights in third-party material. AI Trend Videos is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the performers, music owners, or original production. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed for your intended use of the footage, photos and audio before publication. We may pause or remove a template in response to a rights concern.
Video generation depends on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or different from a reference; lip sync and subject likeness are not guaranteed. Review the result before publishing and comply with the rules of any platform where you share it. These terms do not replace permissions that may be needed for reference material or other protected content.
4. Credits and payment
The pricing page currently shows planned one-time credit packs; pack checkout is not yet available. When launched, each purchase will be a separate transaction, with the final price and any taxes shown before you pay. An 8-second video uses 2 credits, a 15-second video uses 3 and a 23-second video uses 5. Credits do not represent cash and cannot be transferred. Any expiration period will be clearly shown before purchase. We do not offer an automatic subscription or automatic credit top-up at this time. Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake; we do not receive or store full payment card details.
5. Refunds and billing issues
When credit purchases become available, you may request a refund of an unused credit pack within 7 days of purchase. We will refund verified duplicate charges and honor any additional rights required by applicable law. Used credits are normally non-refundable. If a paid generation fails, contact us with your order ID and job details so we can review a credit restoration or refund. Send requests to lanmeiop@163.com; we aim to acknowledge them within 2 business days. The checkout will show the applicable refund terms before payment.
6. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains the data used for accounts, uploads, generation, analytics, and payment verification. Waffo Pancake handles card entry on its checkout. Please contact us if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
7. Availability and liability
We provide the service as available and cannot promise uninterrupted access, a specific generation time, or a particular creative result. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Rights reports, suspension, and changes
If a video depicts you without consent or you believe a template or output uses material in which you hold rights, email lanmeiop@163.com with the relevant URL or job ID, the material at issue, and a way to contact you. We will review reports and may pause access to a template or remove content while we assess them. We may also suspend access for serious misuse, fraud, or legal reasons. You can request account or data deletion by emailing us. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here; material changes will be communicated by email to account holders or by a prominent site notice.
9. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first at lanmeiop@163.com so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. These terms are governed by the laws of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
