Report unsafe content or a rights violation

Users, depicted people and rights holders can report content, templates or misuse to our monitored support and safety inbox.

1. Give the video URL, template URL or task ID.
2. Explain the prohibited category or affected rights. Include supporting information and, for a rights claim, how you own or represent those rights.
3. Include a reply address so we can acknowledge receipt and request missing information.
4. For child safety, terrorism or imminent harm, begin the subject with “URGENT — L1”. Do not attach illegal child sexual imagery; supply URLs or identifiers.

Critical reports receive an initial response within 2 hours and an action or decision within 24 hours. Other reports follow the priority-based deadlines. We may restrict access during investigation and notify you if more time is required.
