Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective October 13, 2026 · Version 1.0

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to uploaded portraits, reference images, video and audio, prompts, generated character references, generated videos and use or distribution of outputs. AI Trend Videos is operated by Leo Liu. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.

1. Prohibited content — each category applies

  • Pornography / NSFW: Pornography, sexually explicit acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content and other NSFW sexual material are prohibited, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, threats, and content promoting or instructing violence, terrorism, extremist activity or weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
  • Hate speech: Content attacking, dehumanizing, discriminating against or inciting hatred or violence toward people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic is prohibited.
  • Child safety / CSAM: Any sexual depiction, exploitation, grooming, sexualization or abuse of minors, including fictional or AI-generated child sexual abuse material, is prohibited. Do not upload images of minors; this service is for adults aged 18 or older.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation: Unauthorized impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fraudulent endorsements, identity fraud, and misleading portrayals of a real person are prohibited. Every depicted real person must be an adult and consent to the use. Do not present an AI video as a real recorded performance.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: Do not upload, generate or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other rights. You must have the necessary rights to all photos, footage, music, logos and references. Do not imply a brand, artist or rights holder endorses your output.

Also prohibited: fraud, harassment, malicious false information, spam, attempts to evade moderation, and presenting synthetic media as authentic evidence. Consent does not permit otherwise prohibited content. Serious child-safety violations, terrorism, incitement to mass violence and non-consensual sexual deepfakes are subject to immediate action.

2. Rights and responsibility

You must obtain all permissions needed for images, footage, music, trademarks and identifiable people. A publicly accessible social-media clip is not proof of a license. Templates and examples do not grant third-party rights. We may suspend a template or output while reviewing a rights concern. Label AI-generated media where required; do not imply the depicted person actually performed the video or that an artist or brand endorses it.

3. Content review and safeguards

The selected workflow uses Google Nano Banana 2 and Alibaba Wan 3.0 through fal.ai. Provider safety screening is retained: the platform does not disable Wan's input/output safety checker or relax Nano Banana's default safety setting. Provider-rejected requests stop rather than bypassing the block. These automated safeguards have limits and do not verify legal identity, age, consent or ownership.

The operator manually reviews reports and flagged failures, examines the relevant input, output and task records, and decides whether access should be restricted. Reports are assessed objectively; good-faith reporting alone does not establish a violation. We do not claim that every request is manually pre-approved, that automatic screening catches every violation, or that a 24-hour staffed review team exists. Public generation and checkout are currently paused.

4. Report content or a rights violation

Email our monitored support and safety inbox at lanmeiop@163.com, or use the instructions on Report content. Put “URGENT — L1” in the subject for child safety, terrorism or imminent harm. Include the content URL or task ID, what is wrong, the affected rights or people, supporting information and a reply address. Rights holders may report templates as well as outputs. Do not email illegal sexual imagery of children; provide identifying URLs or task IDs instead.

We limit disclosure of reporter information to what is needed for investigation, response and legal obligations. Deliberately false or abusive reports may lead to restrictions. We acknowledge receipt by email; reporting through a mail link opens your email application and does not itself submit a report.

5. Response and action timelines

Report response and handling deadlines
PriorityInitial responseAction / decision
L1 — Critical: child safety, terrorism, imminent harmWithin 2 hoursWithin 24 hours
L2 — High: serious abuse or non-consensual impersonationWithin 24 hoursWithin 3 business days
L3 — Medium: other confirmed policy or rights violationsWithin 3 business daysWithin 7 business days
L4 — Low: minor misuse or requests needing clarificationWithin 5 business daysWithin 15 business days

Response time starts when a report reaches our inbox. Critical reports are prioritized in elapsed hours. Business-day deadlines exclude weekends and public holidays in China. We may restrict access while investigating. If further evidence or legal review requires longer, we notify the reporter of the reason, interim safeguards and revised timeline. Process: receipt → priority assessment → evidence review → interim or final action → notification.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity and repetition, we may reject generation, warn the user, remove or restrict access to an output or template, temporarily suspend generation access or permanently block service access. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent restrictions; suspected unlawful child exploitation, terrorism or imminent threats may be reported to competent authorities. We cannot remove copies independently downloaded or reposted outside this service.

We do not automatically confiscate all unused paid credits merely because a report is received. Credit restrictions, refunds and any legally permitted forfeiture are assessed against the confirmed violation, the Terms and applicable law. A provider rejection stops delivery; it is not a completed video.

7. Appeals

You may appeal within 14 calendar days of an enforcement notice by emailing lanmeiop@163.com with “AUP appeal”, the task or account identifier and relevant evidence. We reassess the evidence and aim to respond within 10 business days. If a review takes longer, we provide an update and revised timeline. Safeguards may remain in place during review.
